The Lo & Sa of The Losa
Based on the Sunshine Coast, The Losa is a collaboration of two sister's love of creating a life with style x beauty x humour.
Growing up in Bali, our parents owned a batik garment factory, and as kids we were immersed in the industry; our favourite always being fashion, so it was only natural we are here.
We started our business in historic Gibsons Landing, with a boutique carrying small clothing labels in an old building that was the set design space for the Canadian TV series, The Beachcombers. We had some of the best times of our lives in that little store, playing dress up and meeting people from all over the world.
After 7 amazing years we decided to close our retail location and focus on growing our Sunshine Coast brands. Weekends at Franklin, (created by Lora's husband Brett) was the first we carried and is now ours together. Take Me to the Coast, our next collection, simply for the love we have for where we live.
We hand select, wear, and design our pieces locally and pride ourselves in carrying something that is unique and makes you feel like you are a part of something good.
